→ Non-compliance may lead to notifications to Airbnb and local authorities, fostering a respectful Airbnb community.

→ An occupancy detection device notifies hosts if occupancy exceeds expectations.

→ Beyond the 10th guest, an extra fee of $25 per person per night is automatically applied to your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund (less 3.5% payment processing fee), guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. You can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund.
