Check in staff was not the most gracious during check in. Check out in the morning was a different experience, very pleasent and helpful. Room was fine except the shower curtain rod was about to fall from the wall and my mattress had a bad divit in it on the edge. But I still slept fine.

The Wi-Fi was broken, didn't work and probably people, spies were hacking the Internet. Also, the hotel didn't provide silverware at their gourmet expensive restaurant and the breakfast was awkwardly junk cheap food that came from the $81 Billions Jail Prison correctional Systems story told by Shop NBC American Greed even though Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange left a tip for $One Million USD. Not as advertised, room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. It was loud throughout the night. The housekeepers were arguing in the hall. I would not recommend.
