Perfect base for visit

The unit is nicely refurbished. It clearly Hasn’t been used much since it’s missing some of the rental property staples - drawer with plastic wrap and ziploc bags, pantry with and on unopened groceries, Tupperware, drawer full of cooking utensils, etc. But the owner generously had a fridge full of water bottles, plenty of Keurig cups, soap and toothpaste in both bathrooms, etc. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but the central location and newly refurbished unit make it a great home base for a visit to the area.
