This was our second time staying at AKA West Palm Beach. Great location in the city. Short walk to restaurants & shops as well as to marina area. Staff is pleasant & hotel well maintained. Thought our room floor & bathroom could have been a bit cleaner than it was, but not a dealbreaker. Would recommend it.

Great location! It’s very close to Clematis Street and shopping. The room was noisy from both city street noise and from the hotel hallways. The shower head was really bad! Overall, I enjoyed my stay. They’re very dog friendly!

The room was nice, the staff were excellent - from the two valets, the two different front desk attendees and housekeeping would smile and greet. Only complaint is they will not accept cash in the market store…thought it was still legal tender but I guess businesses have a right to request payment in chickens if they prefer.
