This spacious and serene space offers an amazing view of Manhattan and Hudson river from both bedroom and living room.
Enjoy this secured high-rise with fast elevators. Fast WiFi with dedicated work space by the window makes this a perfect work from home experience.
Ideal for single or professional couple.

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms and a full kitchen, contains microwave, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher and Coffee Machine.
Laundry is communal and access can be provided if requested by guests in advance.

NO PARKING SPOT.
NO TV, but there is a 24" monitor on my work station and can be connected to your laptop.
NOT suitable for children and pets.

My electric bike may be stored inside the unit.
Some storage are reserved for my personal belongings but there will be a dedicated storage available to guests.
Guests can enjoy the entire unit except some storage that host has reserved for personal items.

There are amenities in the building including Gym, however prior arrangement is required, please let me know in advance of the booking to avoid disappointment.
Other things to note
Buses to Port authority (40th St/ 8 & 9th Ave) runs every few minutes and it takes 20 minuets to get there. Bus numbers are 128, 165, 166 & 168.

NO PARKING SPACE IS AVAILABLE. Street parking spots are available to residents only overnights.
