This place is terrible, from the moment you approach entrance the glass of the door is cracked. When you come in the odor is terrible is a mix of weed and humidity. We had reserved around 8 rooms for our kids soccer tournament and all ended up cancelling & leaving. The room had roaches, the sofa bed didn't have mattress, under the sofa bed there were pigeon feathers. The only positive comment i have is for the front desk clerk Debbie who was super nice, attentive and understanding.

Overall the hotel is located in a convenient área but needs to improves like invest in the rooms. Rooms are outdated, there were other people’s hair in the bathtub when I first got in. The smoke detector had a non-stop beeping like it had a dead battery. I had a late check in due to other circumstances so it took a while to complete check in while waiting outside the property. I mean for the cost I couldn’t expect more but they could do better.

Was very disappointed . Arrived super tired from 750 miles. Front desk closed had to call from lobby phone for one of the staff to show up and tell that he is sorry but there no rooms available and that whoever I booked with go and call them to refund you your money. And turned and walked away . Without asking if he can help book me somewhere else close by offer no help . Except that he is sorry . Has has room that were under construction and could not help with anything . Had to sleep couple hours I. The parking lot before driving again . Over all this is experience was a nightmare 👎👎👎👎

Thanks but not again.

I want to preface this by saying I’m not one to complain or make a big stink about things. But this place was bad. I was lucky to have found an attendant at the desk for my late check in. When I got into my room I was greeted by 3 baby roaches on the door. They scurried away when I turned on the lights. I slept with them on in fear they’d come back if I turned them off. The furniture was all scratched and torn. I imagine due to previous pet stays. The bathroom was clean and the sheets on the bed were too. I was grateful for that. The toilet still had remnants of previous use. The room smelled like maybe a pet ( I hope) urinated somewhere and it wasn’t fully cleaned up. The mattress pad must have had pee as well as it smelled like it when I laid down to sleep. The room next door and above me were both very loud. And the AC would make a loud cracking sound when it would start up. I was grateful to have a place to sleep but it wasn’t a good experience.

Dirty Dive

The "front" of the building looks industrial. The entry was a bit dirty. The building in-general needs a major cleaning. The elevator floor was DISGUSTING. My room's floor was really dirty: Walking around in bare feet then getting in the shower and to see all that dirt I moved from the floor to the shower...yuck! The bathroom was clean except for the floor. NOT recommended.
