2 Families can enjoy get-togethers in the large central living room and dining areas. Enjoy the privacy of 2 bedrooms and your own bathroom at the far end of each wing. Built on an old race course (Trotting Park ) this development is on a perfect oval - ideal for cycling and walking and extra safe for kids, away from busy roads. Includes Free Hi-speed Wireless cable Internet, YoutubeTV and Amazon Prime etc.

This cottage was the perfect location and size for my family and my parents staying with us. It has two wings so we didn’t have to worry about waking anyone up in the morning. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer and separate bathrooms. When we had an issue with some outdated cookware Andrew was amazing to work with and immediately sent us some new items. It was very much appreciated! We enjoyed our daily walks around the old horse track! We look forward to booking with Andrew again.

Unfortunately, this rental was not worth the money. The house was dirty when we arrived, with other people’s hair throughout, and we had to wash the floors ourselves.There were also several serious safety concerns. The screen door at the main entrance did not open fully, making it difficult to enter and exit. The entrance stairs had no railing, and my 80-year-old mother fell and required a trip to the emergency room. I also fell on the stairs and injured my ankle.The outdoor shower was another hazard. The floor consisted of unsecured pieces of wood that floated when water collected, making the surface extremely slippery and unsafe.There were no televisions in the bedrooms, and the main air conditioner in the living room was a loud standalone unit. When it was running, it was difficult to hear conversations or even the television.Between the lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and significant safety issues, I would not recommend this property. The "walk to the beach" would exhaust anyone so plan to take a car!

West Dennis Family Stay 7.24

Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king bed, not sure where they're coming from.
