Cozy top floor barn with central air & heat.

Here you'll find a private & secluded bedroom and bathroom fit for 2.

A small "kitchenette" is available as well as an outdoor pool area to use at your leisure.

Convenient location, 10 minutes from the center of West Chester & Downingtown.

Easy parking directly outside of the barn.

Our space is best suited for short term stays, so we limit bookings to one week.

This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay. Extremely comfortable for what is essentially a studio apartment -- though it lacked a full kitchen and full size refrigerator, it was very comfortable and convenient. The location is sort of 'rural West Chester' and not within walking distance of say -- downtown but the hosts provided a very helpful guide of restaurants, grocery and drug stores. It was a very quiet and restful stay. Thank you!
