Here are some house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:







- A/C: To ensure our air conditioner keeps running smoothly and to avoid any hiccups, kindly set the temperature between 73-78°F. Setting it cooler might seem tempting, but it`s caused some issues in the past. Thanks for understanding and keeping our home comfy and cool in the safest range!



- No Parties/Events: Out of respect for our neighbors and to maintain the tranquility of our residence, we strictly prohibit parties or events of any kind.





- No Unregistered Guests: For security reasons, only guests who are listed on the booking are permitted to stay or access the property.



- No Smoking



- Door and Windows: please keep the doors and windows closed. It helps our AC run smoothly and keeps those pesky mosquitoes at bay.



- Quiet Hours Lets be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.



- Safety First Please don`t light candles or leave appliances on while you are out.



- Pets While we absolutely adore our furry companions, our home is a pet-free zone to ensure the comfort of all guests.
