Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood centrally located here in Weslaco of the Rio Grande Valley. We absolutely love our home and excited to rent out our private studio for you to enjoy. Our Guest house is cleaned professionally and includes a Full Kitchen area with Stove top, Microwave, and dining area. The studio provides an open layout with a couch that converts to a bed and Temper-Pedic Queen bed for you to enjoy your stay comfortably. The unit is pet friendly ($50 fee), and completely separate with its own private entrance and parking space.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.
This smoke-free guesthouse offers books.

RGV Cozy Casa

Great, friendly, timely and thorough host communications. Perfect for two adults who prefer quiet and calm. Very comfortable bed. Great central residential location in Weslaco. Quick and easy driving to restaurants, Estero Llano Grande State Park for birding and Expressway to other areas and South Padre Island. We were delighted to hear and watch Red-Crowned Parrots nesting in the yard next door.

I never did meet the owners. I had trouble with the door lock but texted the owners and they told me how to work it . I would stay there again because the location was very neighborly and felt safe. For my next getaway, I would definitely use VRBO

Great Location in the RGV

We are from southeast Iowa, and wanted to spend the month in the RGV. This was the perfect place for us and we had everything we needed here. This apartment was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We were able to park in the alley right next to the entrance door. We enjoyed the green parrots that flew in and sat in the trees every morning. The host was great and answered right away if we had a question. Highly recommend this place!

Such a lovely little space!
