Uphill battle

Ok hotel on the outskirts of the town. Steep uphill climb. Free buses to city centre but they stopped running at 6 pm. We tried to get a taxi back to the hotel in the evening but were told there was a two hour wait. By then everything would be closed so we trekked back uphill and fell asleep exhausted on reaching our room.

Themenzimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit nicht zu beanstanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist solide. Getränke können 24/7 zu humanen Preisen an der Rezeption erworben werden. Einzig die Lage ist super unvorteilhaft, da auf einem Berg. Fußläufig ist es angesichts der Steigung bis ins Zentrum ein ganzes Stück.

Kuddarna var mycket dåliga,sängen var bra. Man fick begära städning dock byttes bara handskarna men inte badlakan. Bodde på andra våningen där våningen under har terass och de boende rökte som steg uppåt mot vårt fönster. Reagerade över att personalen inte talade engelska då hotellets hemsida nämner tvåspråkig petsonal (tyska,engelska). Hemsodan nämner även restaurang den existerar inte.

Kedeligt hotel i stille omgivelser.

Kedeligt hotel. I beskrivelsen står der restaurant der serverer aftensmad, hvilket ikke passer. De låser af så man ikke kan sidde på balkonen. Vi havde håber at man kunne sidde og få lidt at drikke, men fællesområdet er en bænk på parkeringspladsen. Uforståeligt og sølle. Personen på arbejde gad ikke hilse igen da vi kom hjem om aftenen. Lidt venlighed er gratis. Morgenmaden var god.

Et hotel der opfyldte alle behov - stille og roligt område, stort udvalg ved morgenbuffeten, hjælpsomt personale. Dog ville en lidt blødere madras og mere fyldig pude være en opgradering - det er jo selvfølgelig smag og behag. Til gengæld gik man i seng og stod op til synet af dåvildt lige udenfor ens terrasse.

Personal freundlich , aber Sauberkeit auf unserem Zimmer enttäuschend . Tische und Nachttische waren noch total verklebt und dreckig. Unterm Bett und in den Ecken war noch alles voll Staub , als hätte man Tage nicht geputzt.Aber sonst eine schöne Umgebung. War nur schade ,dass das Restaurant abends nicht geöffnet hat.

“Die Unterkunft wirkt insgesamt sehr altbacken, und das Zimmer für zwei Personen war leider nicht gut durchdacht. Es fehlte an Platz und die Zimmer waren klein und eng. Zudem war deutlich erkennbar, dass die Zimmer nicht ausreichend entstaubt wurden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die schöne Außenanlage und die ruhige Umgebung. Dennoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht, da der Komfort im Zimmer erheblich verbessert werden müsste.”

Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann nur in enem Zimmer, das nicht nach vorn in Richtung Parkplatz liegt. Es war eine Gruppe von mehreren Gästen da, die es sich immer abends ab 22 Uhr vor dem Hotel gemütlich machten und wohl dachten sie sind allein auf der Welt. Hätten sich mal lieber ein Ferienhaus mieten sollen. Aber für rücksichtslose Gäste kann ja das Hotel nichts

Leider hat der Sercice nachgelassen. Ich kenne es so, das man begrüßt wird, gefragt wird ob man Kaffee oder Tee möchte, nicht fragen muss wo die Milch für den Kaffee steht. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die verloren gegangen sind. Es muß an der Aufmerksamkeit gearbeitet werden. Positives: Es ist es sehr sauber, ruhig, das Buffet sehr reichhaltig.
