Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön wir haben uns dort mit unseren Fellnasen sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt man ist schnell in der schönen Altstadt . Das einzig was mir da gefehlt hat ist tatsĂ€chlich ein funktionierender Staubsauger gerade wenn man mit Hunden in der Wohnung ist kann man den gut gebrauchen.

WĂ€schepaket kam um 19.30 Abends

Wir haben inklusive BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gebucht. Diese kam leider erst 19.30 an und dann mussten wir selber beziehen. Außerdem war es extrem staubig. FĂŒr den hohen Mietpreis haben wir leider mehr erwartet.

Leider schmutzig und nicht gepflegt

Gute Lage der Wohnung, MĂŒll vom VorgĂ€nger in den AbfallbehĂ€ltern (innerhalb der Wohnung). Defekte Nachttische, Staub, Bad nicht geputzt, 2 Schrauben als Garderobe, schlechte Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Haushaltswaren. Die zugesagte EntschĂ€digung fĂŒr den Ärger und die schwierige Kommunikation wurde nicht vergĂŒtet.

Top modern mit kleinen MĂ€ngeln

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage im Ort mit eigenem Carportstellplatz und ZugĂ€nglichkeit mittels Fahrstuhl sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist komplett modernisiert und auch die Wohnung ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Leider gab es jedoch kleine MĂ€ngel hinsichtlich Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Ausstattung. Auf dem Boden fanden sich Glassplitter und der Kaffeevollautomat war nicht geleert. Das Rollo im Schlafzimmer zur Kirche hin war defekt. An der Wand angebrachte Regale in Schlafzimmer und Bad hingen schief und nur noch an einzelnen Schrauben. Der Lack der BadezimmertĂŒr war innenseitig unschön abgeplatzt und die elektrische Kerze im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Leider gab es keine WasserglĂ€ser und auch nur ein Weinglas. KĂŒchenrolle war entgegen der Angaben ebenfalls nicht vorhanden.
