The 65 m² vacation apartment is designed to accommodate up to four people and features a total of three rooms, including two bedrooms, making it easy to enjoy even longer stays. With a strict no-smoking policy, the apartment ensures a fresh and comfortable living environment. Families are also well taken care of: children are welcome, and a high chair is provided. Pets are allowed, so you can plan your vacation together. The living area features an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room, creating a practical space for cooking together and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as dishes and silverware. A dishwasher is also available, making daily life on vacation noticeably easier. Entertainment and technology are also provided: a TV, DVD player, and a stereo system are available, complemented by Wi-Fi and internet access. Comfort is rounded out by a private shower in the bathroom and a washing machine. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and wind down at the end of the day. If you’re traveling by car, a private parking space is available. Haus Viera, newly built in 2006, features four 3-room apartments. The vacation apartments are of very high quality, comfortable, and generously furnished. The sunny and quiet south-facing location promises a relaxing vacation. The spacious terraces and balconies are equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. The assigned parking spaces are located directly in front of the building. Each apartment has a locked bike shed where you can store your own bicycles, e-bikes, etc.

The guest house, with its well-maintained mini-golf course, as well as the wildlife park with its rare and endangered species, are located in the immediate vicinity. The spa facilities, bakeries, and restaurants are also just a few minutes’ walk away. We also highly recommend using the Kneipp facility (free for Nordsee Service Card holders).
