The vacation rental is located on the upper floor and in the attic and features a sunny south-facing balcony. The living and dining area with an open kitchen is on the first floor. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The upper floor also features a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed. A narrow staircase leads up to the open attic.
Here you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds, which has an attached bathroom with a sink and toilet. The vacation rental is located near the beach (approx. 550 meters). A bakery, a bus stop, and several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for shared use and available for a fee. Pets are not allowed.
