This bright and cozy country-style vacation home spans three floors and is ideal for two adults and one child.

On the first floor, the front door and apartment door lead into a small entryway with a shoe cabinet and coat rack. An easily navigable staircase with a handrail leads to the first floor.

The light-filled upper floor features an open and well-equipped kitchen that opens directly onto a comfortable living and dining area:

A balcony door leads from the living room to the furnished and spacious south-facing balcony, which can accommodate four people.

Bedroom 1: Single bed, built-in closet, and window. This bed is a pull-out bed. Upon request, a fourth person—ideally a child—can sleep here on a second level in front of the bed.

Bathroom: Bright bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, towel warmer, and window.

Special feature: An electric car charging station is available for your use at the vacation rental. In front of the house, on the property, there are bicycle racks set into the concrete that allow you to park your bikes.

Location: The apartment is located in a quiet area, right next to the Wenningstedt village pond. Various restaurants and shopping options are located nearby and are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
