This stylish and modern vacation home offers plenty of space on two levels and is located right next to a quiet beach access point in Wenningstedt. The owners have furnished and equipped this section of the house with great attention to detail. It features a great floor plan as well as bright and welcoming rooms.

On the first floor, in addition to a spacious entryway with a coat closet, you’ll find:

A kitchen with a living/dining area: The open, modern, and very high-quality kitchen flows into the dining area, which features a large dining table and comfortable dining chairs, inviting you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. From the large sofa with a TV, you can look out onto the spacious and green garden.
You have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace and the well-established garden, which features patio furniture and a seasonal beach chair.

Bathroom 1: Floor-level shower, toilet, sink, and window.

Utility room: Washer and dryer for your use, as well as plenty of storage space and shelving for luggage and supplies.

A staircase leads from the hallway to the bright and elegantly furnished upper floor. You can close a sliding door at the top of the stairs.
