Floor plan:
A luxury half of a house located in Wenningstedt’s prime beachfront area, spanning the first floor, basement, and upper floor. Approx. 140 square meters of living space for up to 6 people.

Ground Floor:
Look forward to this entrance: your ground-floor area welcomes you with an airy and sunny atmosphere. The elegant, whitewashed oak floorboards caress your feet and create a fantastic, cozy atmosphere. Your beautiful oak dining table is the heart of your elegant home. Even a Michelin-starred chef would surely be impressed by the stunning kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living space. An oven and dishwasher are, of course, included. Your cozy living area lets you enjoy your smart TV. Your antique Mylin tiled stove exudes pure Sylt coziness. Wi-Fi and a telephone are, of course, available to you, and there is also a guest restroom in the entryway.

Another highlight is your huge, sunny south-facing terrace. It’s a wonderful place to have breakfast, relax, listen to the sound of the sea, or stylishly round off your day on Sylt with a sundowner in the evening. Your large south-facing property is ideal for your kids, who can play and run around to their heart’s content here.

Upper Floor:
Your master bedroom is beautiful: everything is bright and airy, and you’ll have plenty of space for yourself and your clothes. If you’re traveling with “smaller” children, they can sleep right around the corner in the same room in a single bed (90 x 200 cm). Your double bed (160 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. Right around the corner, you’ll find a very nice bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Basement:
The spacious area in the basement is sure to elicit a “Wow!” from you—here you’ll find plenty of space and a beautiful design. Two tastefully decorated rooms each feature a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Your bathroom is spacious and elegantly finished with natural stone. In addition to a double sink, you’ll also find a beautiful shower here.
