First floor: spacious living room with cable TV (flat-screen), built-in radio, and DVD/CD player. Cozy dining area. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Large terrace facing southwest with a beach chair (available from approximately April through October).

Basement: 1 nicely decorated room with a leather box-spring bed (approx. 1.60 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and plenty of closet space. Beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, and washer-dryer. Another room with two single box-spring beds (approx. 0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be pushed together.
