Whg. komplett, hochwertig und geschmackvoll gemütlich eingerichtet. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Blick ins Grüne. Für mehr als 2 Personen sind die zwei Bäder und WC günstig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "um die Ecke".

Wir waren das 2. Mal im App. Normannenweg 4d und können es jedem empfehlen. Die Lage ist super, nah zu den Geschäften, trotzdem ruhig mit schönem Ausblick ins Grüne und einem geräumigen Westbalkon mit guten Balkon-möbeln. Der Eigentümer dieser Wohnung ist wohl ein Technikfreak. Sicherlich fließt auch die besondere Ausstattung in das Preisgefüge. Diese u.E. übertriebene Technik brauchen wir im Urlaub auf Sylt überhaupt nicht, hier gibt es doch ganz andere Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Deshalb für Preis/Leistung von uns nur 4 Sterne. Trotzdem würden wir natürlich jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Wir waren zum 4. Mal in diesem Appartement und fühlten uns wie immer sehr wohl. Obwohl eine Baustelle vor der Haustüre war, hat man kaum was mitbekommen. Die Fenster sind schalldicht. Zu empfehlen ist diese Wohnung für Technikliebhaber. Top Hifi und Fernsehanlage. Es gibt auch nutzbare Fernsehsessel etc. Die FeWo liegt optimal im Zentrum zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und nur ca. 300m vom Strand entfernt.. Wir kamen auf jeden Fall wieder erholt aus dem Urlaub. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wiederkommen.
