The apartment’s living area features a cozy couch corner with an armchair for relaxing, a dining area for four people, and an open kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. Prepare your vacation breakfast and enjoy it on your private terrace, which is furnished from April through October. Thanks to the house’s quiet location, you can enjoy Sylt’s North Sea air here undisturbed. On the same level as the living area, there is a guest restroom.

In the basement of the house, you’ll find a room with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as another room with two single beds and a flat-screen TV. On this floor, you’ll also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
