Voller Vorfreude trafen wir bei MarYSol ein und versuchten an der auf den Flugbildern prominent gezeigten Eingagnstüre aufzuschliessen - der Schlüssel passte nicht! Entgegen dem „Hero Shot“ (wie auch diversen Luftaufnahmen des Doppelhauses) und entgegen den wunderschön klingenden Namen und dem suggerierten „Strahlensmeer“ ist MarYsol nicht etwa die Südseite des Hauses, sondern die Nordseite. Enttäuschung pur! Die Sonne kommt, wenn Sie denn scheint, am Morgen mal kurz durch das Küchenfenster und dann am Abend scheint sie noch kürzer etwas auf den Esstisch, bevor sie dann hinter den hauseigenen Bäumen gegen die Südseite wieder verdeckt wird. Lage: Wenningstedt als solches ist super, biete alles was man in den Ferien wünscht. Leider liegt Wenningstedt in der Anflugschneise, hat, je nach Wind, einiges an Fluglärm. MarYsol liegt im nördlichen Teil, daher fliegen die Jets nicht direkt über das Haus, stören also nur marginal. Die Distanz zum Strand ist OK, wir hatten aber schon Häuser die näher dran waren. Ausstattung: Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, auch der Gaskamin und die Infrarot Kabine sind super. Das Haus ist für grossen Menschen nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Höhen in den Treppen sind schmerzhaft knapp, das Obergeschoss im Allgemeinen eng. Gerade im Badezimmer gibt es faktisch keinen Punkt an dem man aufrecht stehen kann. Preis/Leistung: Aufgrund dessen dass es sich um die Nordhälfte handelt und die Südhälfte „nur“ marginal mehr kostet muss man hier Abzüge machen. Auch ist das Haus als solches eher klein im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten im gleichen Preissegment. Gesamteindruck: Das Haus ist OK, ich würde es aber aus genannten Gründen nicht mehr buchen.

Sehr guter Prozess der Buchung, Rückmeldung bei Zahlungseingänge, Schlüssel Übergabe und Abreise. Die Einrichtung vom Haus sehr gut, es wurde an alles Gedacht und alles in Top Zustand. Die Lage zum Strand, Bus, Einkauf und Promenade ideal.
