This exclusive and very spacious vacation home was completed in the spring of 2024 and is located in a central area of Wenningstedt, very close to the beach. It offers every comfort for an unforgettable vacation on Sylt and has been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. Real wood parquet flooring in the living and bedroom areas, natural stone in the bathrooms, cooling ceilings on the upper floor that ensure the perfect indoor climate even in summer, underfloor heating throughout the house, and plenty of windows are the hallmarks of this vacation home.

Kitchen & Living Area
A spacious entryway with a coat rack and storage space leads to the bright and modern kitchen and living area. The white, high-quality, fully equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for amateur chefs. An induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, an oven, a microwave with an integrated grill and extra-large cooking cavity, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a bar counter are just a few of the highlights of the kitchen’s amenities. A long solid-wood dining table with a cozy corner bench is the centerpiece of the living area and is perfect for enjoying convivial evenings with family and friends. The comfortable sofa area, featuring a large TV, a gas fireplace, and a view of the garden, invites you to relax and unwind.

Bedrooms
Three double bedrooms with TVs and closets. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and comfortable comforters. The bedrooms can be easily darkened and offer a high level of sleeping comfort.

Bathrooms & Wellness
A bright guest restroom with a window is located on the living level.
Two bright, walk-in shower rooms with rain showerheads, towel warmers, and windows. One of the bathrooms is additionally equipped with a bathtub, and one with a bidet. The very spacious sauna area features a roomy sauna, a relaxation area with two comfortable loungers, armchairs, storage space, a TV, another walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet with a bidet. All bathroom mirrors are heated to prevent fogging.

Special Features
A small work area in the house allows you to work remotely while on vacation. USB-C charging ports with charging cables are available next to all beds; an iPad is provided for browsing the web, and a PlayStation 5 is available for gaming. All rooms on the first floor offer a partial ocean view. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles; e-bikes can also be charged here. For guests arriving in an electric vehicle, a free wallbox is connected to the parking lot.

Outdoor Area
From the living area, you have access to the sunny and quiet west-facing terrace with garden furniture, a seasonal beach chair, and lounge chairs. The green garden is bordered by a planted Frisian wall, offering privacy.

This vacation home is located in a central and popular residential area of Wenningstedt. In just a few minutes, you can walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores.
