I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The best part is we arrived earlier then check-in (among many other travellers) and they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel until our room was ready, allowing us to explore Wengen luggage free. They even did the same at check-out, could leave our luggage. The breakfast was also delicious and I highly suggest paying the extra to have it included in your stay!

It has the charm of an historic hotel and is staffed by very lovely people. The views from the hotel are wonderful. The hotel had a live singer who performed for the guests as we ate on the terrace outside while taking in the stunning views. The breakfast room is stunning with delicious coffees and food. We had a gorgeous hike from the hotel to The Eiger Glacier Station, with the most dramatic views of the Glacier. Highly reccommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. The hotel is right by the train station and within close proximity of many hiking trails. The staff members were welcoming, spoke excellent English, and provided directions and advice on nearby activities. The hotel breakfast was included with our room, and was an impressive buffet meal.

I completely recommend this place. It has a great location, beautiful views and excellent pianist and singer. Great breakfast. No facility to wash your clothes, but they can do it for you at their price. Also, I would like to recognize the great job the waiters do at breakfast.

The location of this property, steps away from the Wengen train station, is extremely convenient; also, the view to the valley where Lauterbrunnen sits, is fantastic. We returned 10 years after a ski holiday in this same quaint hotel. It is in a great position to explore the area, the staff were very friendly and helpful It is of a past time which is welcoming and warm but maybe some attention to some of its aging parts would be helpful to the hotel itself because otherwise it is delightful
