Great breakfast, clean room, good bed, and excellent staff! Worn and tired hall carpet, room walls, and shower walls. Also, no making up of the room unless requested. That's ok, but there isn't a self-service spot to refill your coffee or shampoo things.

Hotel is in a good area. Our room was freezing as the heater was not working . Called front desk several times to ask if someone could fix it . Was told the maintenance guy was gone and they didn’t have anyone else . Was asked to troubleshoot to try to reset it . Did not work . Could not sleep of how cold it was , called the front desk again and was definable offered to be moved to another room . Had to pack all our stuff and move . Very inconvenient. Rooms were very outdated .
