3 flights of stairs. Very small room for a suite. No kitchen or living area. Way too overpriced. Loud air conditioning. Uncomfortable, unpleasant. Check-in was also unpleasant as the person at the front was arguing with her daughter and granddaughter on the phone.

The suite was nice and service was great. Our problem was people were allowed to hang out in the breezeways sitting around smoking and drinking beer. Felt like we were walking through a scuzzy motel on our way to our rooms every time we came and went. Reported to managers but they couldn’t control it. Disappointing after spending a lot of money to stay here.

Wonderful

Beautiful hotel. Nice walking distance to everything. Not quiet but very comfortable bed. Nice spacious room and great staff. Overpriced but so is everything in Leavenworth.
