Property was kept well overall. The poor facility is not very clean, perhaps because of old filtration system there was a lot of black stuff in the pool. The hot tub was also lukewarm, required long time before it heats up to decent temperature (requires staff to turn on heater manually). Gym is small with minimal machines. Some were out of order. Not accessibility friendly. No automatic doors, no elevators. Stairs only. Room service was great. Things were kept clean and their breakfast variety is decent. Air quality in the building was good considering heavy smoke outside.

The property is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing. Breakfast had continental and hot selections daily. The room furniture and carpet was worn, but comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom appeared to be recently updated. The price was the best in town for the services provided. I would definitely recommend and return. My only negative comment is that if you are sensitive to odors, the carpets are treated with a scented product that permeates halls and rooms.
