The reservation process was easy, but when we arrived, they assigned us a very dusty room. They changed our room, but it was just as bad. The next day, the manager came to knock on our door at 9:10 in the morning, asking why we were still there. I explained the situation, but she didn't apologize; she was completely arrogant. I don't know if it's because we're Hispanic, but she behaved that way. There are better hotels in the area at the same price. I don't recommend it. Don't waste your money.
If you're not allergic to dust, you can stay there, and if you don't mind the bad smell and having room service.

Staff was nice, but the room was foul, like they hadn’t cleaned it in several guest stays. There’s was pubic hair all over the bathtub and floor. Hair, dirt, debris, and mystery substances in every corner. Gave us a half used shampoo bottle. Absolutely disgusting. Took pictures of everything. And the manager will not get ahold of me to make it right.
So much black mold and other types of mold in the tub.

I loaded up the family and drove them to Leavenworth spent the whole day walking around shopping, drove to the hotel, hoping to lay down and relax to find out it was never cleaned rolled over found. I was laying on blood, flipped the pillow over. Found more blood not one towel in the room, and I used dirty bar soap in the shower not to mention crumbs and black hairs in between the sheets and comforters. The room was never cleaned.

The Room was clean, but the Bed was lumpy and we felt like there was a hole in the middle as we were falling into the middle. So we did get moved to a new room which was much better. Also when i turned on the water in the sink a Quarter suzed spider came out of the drain scared the beegeezes out of me. Lol all in all our stay was very eventful. The last night we stayed there was a smell permiating from the hall, someone was smoking weed in their room and it was horrendous and I couldn't breath and my eyes burned. I stuffed a towel at the bottom of the door to stop it from coming in our room. All in all it was the worst stay we have ever had there but it was still good due to the Employees. They were awsome!
