There was blood on the underside of the toilet seat. Didn’t notice until morning and when I brought it to the attention of staff, they said there was nothing they could do to comp me because I paid through Expedia.

Everything was great, but there is one major drawback: poor ventilation and lack of fresh air in the room. After two nights without fresh air, I had headaches. I will never return to this hotel again.

Our room was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and beds were comfortable. The breakfast had good options, both hot and cold, along with protein options. Would certainly stay here again.

I would suggest that a "Shower befire entering pool" sign be provided. There were a few issues with regard to cleanliness that was not the fault of the hotel.

This property is fine if you just want a place to lay your head. It is a bare minimum hotel. There is no closet or dresser and the rooms are very small. It is not sound proof and we could hear people in the hall, the toilet upstairs flushing and people walking around upstairs. Breakfast was packed and served in the lobby which was strange. The lines were so long I skipped it all together. My husband ate the day before and it was your typical runny eggs and stale bagels. There are places to eat close by so that is a plus. On a positive note the bed was comfy, the property clean and the staff friendly.
