This hotel was an excellent place to stay in Wells - super convenient location in town with great cathedral view. Room was comfortable with nice touches. Staff was very kind. Fantastic friendly helpful staff...real Italians! Oh, and great breakfast lady from Ulster. The room was very clean with nice touches such as still & sparkling water. Beautiful. Perfectly placed in the centre of wells. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room (no 2) had a beautiful four poster, a lovely shower (but not really suitable for a larger person) as the door only opened a very small way. The pin opposite did play loud music on the Fri and sat night until gone midnight but it didn’t bother us too much
