Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable overall. The facility is old and a bit run down, but is adequate for an overnight stay.

Quiet, inexpensive hotel in Wells!

I have stayed in several motels in Wells. This one, tho dated, has been upgraded and is much quieter than the others which are closer to the truck stops. It will be my motel of choice for Wells going forward.

Perfect for our needs to sleep and get up in the morning. Roomy, comfortable beds, and quiet hotel made for a good sleep. The room smelled a little musty, and the bathroom could be renovated - looked like some haphazard renovation, painting already took place. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Well located hotel, needs maintenance

Hotel is well placed, near the main routes. But the reception was not kind and polite. Rooms could be cleaner

Very dirty, lots of spiders, bathroom felt like an outhouse, toilet screamed when flushed, floor was warping, extremely dusty, sheets were badly stained with even blood stains, the whole place was a construction site so we had to listen to loud drills and other equipment early in the morning

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we got to our room there was a pair of jeans in a chair the floor had food all over it, the sink was filled with someone’s hair, poop on the toilet and the bathtub well I wouldn’t even call it a bathtub it was so filthy. I went down to the check in and he said he would send the maid over. When she got there her excuse was it’s just me I can’t do it all, my response was” I paid to stay in a clean room this is horrible and gave her a note of everything. We then left. It was not much better when we returned, it was a carshow weekend so no other rooms, a few of the rooms have been cleaned up, but not where they put us, I wouldn’t wish that room on my worst enemy. I waited and waited when I checked out to discuss the mess we were forced to stay in and no one can to the front desk. Don’t stay here under any circumstances!!!

The room key was temperamental. The room floor felt like you would make a hole if you stepped in certain spots. The towel rack fell off the wall and there was a bug in the one of the beds

Do not stay

No hot water. Dangerous stairs falling apart. Floors were bad. Lobby was not open by 6. Dirty bathtub. One bar if soap. One garbage can.

This property is very old and rundown. It has not been updated or repaired. The continental breakfast menu was sparse and very few options. I usually find the Super 8 Motel acceptable but this particular one is below their standards. I do not recommend staying here.

The price of the room we reserved was good at $70. The clerk Informed us that Hotels.com was advised seveal times that due to renovation they only had 14 rooms available. Our reservation was not one of them. He was couteouse and helpful. The hotel we ended up in was not very good and more expensive.
