Large Back yard with grill, fire pit and outdoor seating area. Walking distance to small stores, cafes and the arcade. Easy access for kayaking or canoeing in Wells Harbor for a harbor side view of the Estuarine. Rental week is Saturday to Saturday. Please note, this is Unit 2 of 2 units on this property.
