I was in room 24 Very spacious, quiet, lots of seating, comfortable bed, perfect water pressure, easy walk to beach But ... • the WiFi wouldn't work stated it was NOT secure/wouldn't stay connected very slow •The coffee maker didn't work (turned it on when I went for a morning walk to the beach, expecting coffee when I got back and nothing) • the heater didn't turn on room was to cold • both sink & tub facets drip • when you stand in shower the light fixture has mold in it

Staff was not very friendly, especially the man at the desk. When I offered a suggestion to him about letting people know about the heat/AC unit, all he wanted to do was argue with me. No one told me that you had to use a remote to work it. They close the office at 9 PM and by time I realized I had no heat for the night, I thought it was too late to call. It was below freezing that night and I was cold all night. The room was fair, but needs updating. It was clean, and I had plenty of towels.

Don’t let the other reviews fool you! There are many mixed reviews on this property. But we had a WONDERFUL stay. The WiFi in our first room was having issues, and I’m an online college and needed to have WiFi. The gentlemen who works in the office, was happy to accommodate these needs of mine. He switched our room right away, to a room that had its own WiFi. The rooms were clean, and cozy! While some of their amenities are what people would considered “outdated” you can see they are making constant improvements, and working to upgrade their property. I can’t recommend the property enough. The staff was wonderful, property was easy to find, plenty of parking, and they are pet friendly!! We definitely stay again!
