I will update this if the hotel makes their mistake right as they said they would. We checked in at 9 pm after the motel called to confirm our arrival time. We were traveling with 3 kids - one a baby. When we arrived the room was set to 53 degrees (November in Maine). We could not get the heat to turn on. It took 3 calls to the desk for someone to come help. There weren’t even enough blankets for the beds. One bed had leaf litter in the sheets. The room wasn’t above 63 degrees before midnight. At 10:32 my phone was ringing- it was the HOTEL calling to see when we would check in. Followed by a text. We were already there. We already had someone in our room working on the heat. We had just got the baby back to sleep in the car because the room was freezing and the phone woke her up. This was one of the worse motel experiences we have ever had. We were offered another room that did not have enough beds for our family. We were told we would receive a partial refund but did not. I will update this if the motel makes it right and refunds part of our stay as were promised as we understand no one is perfect but I don’t think this will happen. Otherwise, STAY CLEAR and stay in one of the many other options in the area.

I was in room 24 Very spacious, quiet, lots of seating, comfortable bed, perfect water pressure, easy walk to beach But ... • the WiFi wouldn't work stated it was NOT secure/wouldn't stay connected very slow •The coffee maker didn't work (turned it on when I went for a morning walk to the beach, expecting coffee when I got back and nothing) • the heater didn't turn on room was to cold • both sink & tub facets drip • when you stand in shower the light fixture has mold in it
