good price, close to hwy and other facilities. surprisingly secluded, for so close to the road. I would stay there again. since I was only staying the one night, and arrived later, left earlyish, I was never aware there was a pool (not that I would have used it)

Relatively cheap for the area. Clean enough, a little dated and could do with a wipe over of furniture. Lacking in any real charm. A bit of effort to connect it to its coastal surroundings could really elevate the property and add value. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear couples making love in full surround sound and the showers in surrounding rooms are very loud. It’s a shame because the motel is sheltered from the noise of route 1. Also, the blinds do not keep out the light.

Came around 4:30 had to go to the bathroom no one in office bit a woman came pretty quickly when I rang the buzzer. Walked quite a ways to find food (not hotel issue it was just busy in the local spots… it was Saturday night after all.). The walking was a little dicey in the dark, lots of traffic. But all good. This morning I see a call came late from the hotel asking when I’d be checking in but I was here. No worries just must have been a miscommunication. Thanks!

Rooms were outdated and cheap. Layer of dust on lamp fixtures, tears in lampshades. Felt like I could only sleep under bedsheet (knowing that it was cleaned for our stay). Roomed smelled. People talking outside our room at 4 am. Would not stay here again.

Nice enough little place. Good location, 5 minute drive to Wells Beach. A bit dated & vanity light didn’t work, but fairly comfortable. Clean room and pool.

Don't waste your money

Got there and no one was there. I had to press a bell and waited 15 minutes for someone to come. I also tried to contact the property several times with questions only to get an answering machine with a full mailbox. The person who checked me in was quite rude as well. The room wasn't bad but the bed was uncomfortable and I had a half roll of toilet paper with no extra supplies. Also, fair warning to anyone traveling alone, there was quite a shady crowd hanging around and they were up most of the night. I woke me several times. As a single woman I didn't feel safe. I left 2 hours before check out. I have stayed at several properties for around the same price with a much better experience. Will never return.

Property was well maintained, although all was older. Mostly clean and all things worked well. It was a property from the 1960's, so was worn. But all was functional. Close to Rt. 1, so noisy, but also convenient. Parking was a bit crowded but not real inconvenient. Probably a good room for the price and the expensive area.
