This studio condo is located in the main building at WaterCrest Cottages & Motel.
Second floor unit with stairs required (non-handicap accessible).

- Sleeps up to 4 people (one very comfortable king size bed and one full size sleeper sofa)
- Full kitchen with apartment sized fridge and stove with oven. Microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker
- Full bathroom with tub and shower
- Private 12x20 deck with plenty of comfortable seating, overlooking the pool and spa area

This was a great location to: beach shops,restaurant and fishing. The grandkids had a great time with the pool, beaches and fishing. The property was very clean with all the amenities needed and the hosts were prompt with replying to questions. We would retur and recommend.

Me and my girlfriend stayed 2 nights here. The check in was very easy and helpful. They provided all of the information that we would need. It was very clean and organized, they provided snacks and a cooler. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio condo in Wells Maine was very clean and comfortable.Check in was a breeze. The location was great and within walking distance to several very good restaurants. Being a studio there was a kitchen area, living space and a sleeping area that was partitioned with a room divider that housed a very comfortable king size bed. There is also a full size bathroom. The size was great for my husband and I.The property also has a pool and hot tub which we did not use. I would rent here again for a long weekend.

My wife and 7 month old son had a great time. The deck was great to relax on when our baby went down for naps. Beaches are just minutes away and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Neighbors were friendly. Clam chowder and lobster rolls, nothing better.
