Kitchen Fridge Freezer wasn't plugged in but worked around it until got resolved. A person came and fixed it but there was no notification of a visit and only knew it got fixed as there was a note on the table after we returned from being out. The Check-In process was easy enough but instructions for getting a parking pass for Wilsons over the road were inaccurate. Email communication is in need of updating and improvement.

The kitchen didn’t have Enough forks ie: we only had one. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet properly and the beds were uncomfortable.

The complex appears run down, there was a faint smell of urine below the apartments where the restaurants and shops are situated. Although handy it can be a bit noisy at times. The three bedroom apartment had a drain in the kitchen floor with a cover however it wasn't very appetising when making meals and watching dirty water swirling. We couldn't open the windows in the two top bedrooms so prepare to be hotboxed during the summer months, the mobile fans assist with the sauna experience, no aircon. The kitchen bin was broken and only one toilet roll provided for 5 guests over two days. Staff however were great and provided more rolls and changed the bin. The beds were great, unit tidy, plenty of towels, cutlery. It could do with fresh paint and maybe some art on walls as its quite bland. Paid carparking was easily accessible.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located to shops and eateries. Easy to access and a very welcoming atmosphere. Lounge furniture was extremelycomfortable and so were the beds. Spotless bedding and plenty of towels for the bathroom. Kitchen had all the facilities we needed and again, spotlessly clean. Would unreservedly recommend this appartment complex to anyone looking for accommodation in Wellington.

Considering the price, room is big and clean kinda have everything needed for a stay.But quite noisy during the night as cars,buses drove by and some rowdy guys wandering on the streets.

The location is good, the unit is spacious with all the essentials but they need to be updated and need more comfortable furniture. The bathroom setup is also unusual and the shower drain easily overfills

The only criticism we have is the missing control for the king room skylight window and blind, the shampoo pump won't work, and no coathangers. Otherwise it was fabulous accomodation

Accommodation is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The angled ceiling in the main bedroom is a nice touch. Only drawback is a lack of parking, which I was aware of when booking.
