Good location but that was about where the good ended.. Was overpriced, dirty, curtains hanging off walls, bed was one that pulls down from the wall with thin mattress and wasn’t attached to the wall properly so bed banged against the wall with every movement. Room was huge so not sure why they didn’t have a normal bed.. Toilet seat was delaminating, floor tiles were cracked and broken, the kitchen bench had burn marks all over it and was dirty. Floor was dirty and towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in 20 years. Both the couch and chairs had no sponge left so stay was very uncomfortable. Stayed for 4 nights and all house keeping did was empty my bin.. I was traveling for business and won’t be back..

Centrally located, plenty of parking, comfortable and well maintained. Easily walkable to the waterfront and all other interesting places. Very handy for Cuba Street and it's many bars and restaurants.

Good location. But in dire need of a refurb. Owner greedy just taking the money and not caring for the guests. Sad as was once a good motel. Stay here as an alternative to a backpacker and that's the standard.

Very warm welcome, lovely staff. Use of car park for extended time on check-out was very welcomed, so we could do a bit of shopping before heading home. Would stay there again when next in Wellington.

Very convenient location. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, and the onsite parking included is worth it's weight in gold! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, plenty of room for 5 of us, with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a walkable wonder into central Wellington from Victoria Court motels Rather than drive in find a park then walk around the CBD

Love Wellington

Location is excellent, 2 minutes out the back gate to Cuba Street, shops, restaurants, free parking. The Manager and housekeeping were very helpful. Negatives were that when I used the laundry the amounts quoted for the washer & dryer were not clear about what coins to use. I had to clean a huge amount of lint from the dryer before using it. The shower had a combined body wash & hair wash as one which did not work.
