The building is old, but more than servicible for a few nights in Wellington. The main thing is that most hotel rooms here don'thave windows and the bathroom door is a barndoor that leaves a gap wide enough to see somebody sitting on the toilet when you are standing at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is very lacking in privacy in that regard...

I stayed for 2 nights, in a Queen bed room with small window. I found the room clean and property in good condition. AC worked!! They have a self check-in Kiosk which was very easy to use. There have two levels of parking, though I didn't have to use it. It is located 5-10 mins walk from main CBD.

The air con unit in my room (203) was making loud noise the whole night, no matter what setting I put in on, unless I off it. The room and the location of the hotel is great, apart from the noisy air con that kept me up all night.
