The property manager was very responsive. She even brought over a grill for us to use during our stay. The reason I didn't leave five stars is because 1) the outside pool area was lacking a comfortable space to relax and 2) the mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the price is right in a nice area on a quiet residential street.

Perfect base for my two-week stay working at the Horse Show. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing — clean, comfortable and well organised. Ideal for one person, probably a little snug for two, although there is good storage with a large wardrobe and additional closet in the bedroom.Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive, which made everything straightforward.A very easy and comfortable place to stay, and I would happily return.

Perfect location in Wellington

This guest room was ideally located, close to the Wellington International Horse Show grounds and no more than a 10 min drive to anything needed. Host was communicative and room appeared just as in listing. Perfect for a short stay for a single person or a couple. Would stay here again!

Trip to Wellington Florida

This property was extremely clean and well kept inside! It was truly the perfect location if you’re staying in Wellington for the horse show. The owner was very kind and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful stay here! That being said, there were no photos of the bathroom when we booked this and we didn’t realize the bathroom and the kitchen are in the exact same space with nothing but a half curtain for privacy. If I was coming alone, I would book this again. But if I came with a friend again, it wasn’t an ideal situation. I’m only saying this so people are aware before booking. I still highly recommend this property!

Just perfect!!

This adorable studio was absolutely perfect for my quick trip to Wellington! It was immaculate and had everything a person could need! The location was wonderful also, as I was almost always approximately 10 min or less to everywhere. The owner was very attentive and genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a good stay. I can’t say enough good things, and would absolutely book this spot again!

Adult Children’s Visit

My adult children, visiting me for the holidays, had an exceptional time and found the property to be perfect for their needs. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Darling mother in law cottage

Close to dressage and jumping shows, great restaurants nearby, small cottage across pool from main house. Beautifully decorated bedroom with kitchenette/bathroom. Clean and cheerful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
