You will not be disappointed with this beautifully furnished studio, charming single family home. It is located on a spacious corner lot, within 9 minutes to all equestrian venues. The property is available immediately and does not require HOA application. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed with new mattress and its own ensuite bathroom with separate shower, and a closet. The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa. The property is offered turnkey, including new linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cable and Wifi. It is close to all restaurants, grocery store, Wellington Aquatic center and playground.
There is one parking spot available, all the way to the left. And the entrance is also all the way to the left through a stone pathway.

Cute and clean

Great place to stay while visiting friends and family close by. Very cute and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighbors on sidewalks. Only thing missing was washcloths,a dish strainer and more kitchen towels. Addressed issue with water quickly
