Clean and comfortable, good service , friendly helpful staff. Restaurant breakfast was excellent and dinners were all delicious . The pool and sauna were fine. Location is quiet . We did not like the glass sliding door to the bathroom which is “open” on each edge so personal noise privacy compromised. A modern trend which is frankly quite awful. There is no toilet brush? Why not ? It is 10 minutes walk to Cuba Street and buses. . 15 minutes to Te Papa , 40 minutes to The Beehive However. we would stay again and due to a change in personal circumstances we did increase the length of our stay.

Lovely staff. Me and my husband celebrated our first year anniversary, and they surprised us with a lovely cake box to celebrate. Also loved the chocolate fountain very delicious!. We tried out the pool, Saua and gym! Great facilities to enjoy. The restaurant was amazing! Dinner was delicious and so was breakfast. Highly recommend

Clean, modern room and hotel! Nice buffet breakfast and the restaurant is well worth trying out. If you don’t do their valet parking at $40NZD then be prepared to try and locate a spot along the very narrow street in front or nearby. It was TIGHT on that road there. So much so that two cars could not pass each other if they were coming from opposite directions, especially with all the parked cars on the left. Not a biggie, we survived, but the more you know 🌈 💫

room modest but has everything you need really. breakfast modest choices and quite reasonable for aussie/euro but could include an asian style choices. pastries i though were a bit doughy but custard danish nice and flaky. chocolate fountain and sweet happy hour a great idea for non diabetic. great location easy walk to city centre, museum etc.
