.3 miles walk down a lovely path to Duck Pond and close to Great Pond and Cahoon Hollow Beach, this beautiful contemporary invites you to relax and enjoy! Close to ponds, the ocean, this home is also a short ride into the lovely town of Wellfleet.

First Floor: Walk into a comfortable and spacious screened in porch which leads outside to the wooded backyard and deck; perfect for grilling and family outdoor fun. Inside the house is a large open living/dining/ kitchen space with vaulted ceilings and hardwoods throughout. There are skylights everywhere pouring in sunlight. The house has a lovely flow. On this floor there are two spacious bedrooms, queen beds, an office area, and a large bathroom, bathtub/shower and washer/dryer.

Second floor: Stairs lead up to an open hallway. The large light-filled master bed and bathroom (with a split toilet/sink on one side and shower on the other side) are on this floor, while the other bedroom has a trundle. Again, skylights everywhere!

The house was cleaned well upon our arrival. A bit of a confusion about getting into the house and the description of whose 4 digits to use. There were more than adequate cooking supplies and utensils, more of everything than the 5 of us could possibly use. The area is perfect. Quiet and peaceful, nestled in the woods, very private with a lovely outdoor patio and screened in porch. The location is close to ponds, beaches, Wellfleet center, and restaurants. There were a few lighting problems in the livingroom that were not addressed and some of the lighting was quite old but serviceable. We really enjoyed our stay here.
