Welcome to our cozy Kraxler Single – the perfect accommodation for solo travelers, contractors, and spa guests. The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen, modern bathroom, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to our shared garden with barbecue facilities and complimentary bicycles.



The Kraxler Single can also be booked as an additional bedroom with our other apartments, making it ideal for larger families or travel groups.



You are just a short walk from Lake Weißenstadt, the Siebenquell spa, and numerous hiking and cycling trails.



Please note the following:



Dogs are welcome. We charge a fee for dogs to cover regular cleaning. If extra cleaning is required—especially for very large or heavily shedding dogs—we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee according to the actual effort.



Visitors must always be registered in advance. For longer stays or regular use of the apartment by additional people, we may charge an extra guest fee. Overnight guests must also be registered in advance.



The entire building and property are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed outside our property in public street areas.
