It was completely modernized and newly furnished in 2021. The bright 42 m² apartment with a 25 m² terrace has a separate entrance, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV including internet radio. In the child-friendly accommodation you can get a children's high chair, toys and children's books on request.

On your private open terrace equipped with comfortable seating, you can end the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the magnificent view of nature.

From here you can take a city bus to the beautiful old center of Lindau. Lindau is located on an island in the lake and less than 7 km away. There you will find a lido and a vibrant promenade with numerous cafes and restaurants. The vacation apartment is perfect for hiking or biking in the beautiful nature. Enjoy the charming lake landscape, the beautiful Allgäu and the Alps. If you have e-bikes, then you should bring them conditionally. The most beautiful tours are waiting for you. In winter you can also ski, and the nearest ski lift is 19 minutes away by car (15 km). On the Austrian side, the pretty lakeside town of Bregenz invites you to discover its varied cultural offer and its beautiful center after 15 minutes by car (13 km).
