Apartment 'Quartier Wellant' with Terrace, Garden and Views of Weißensberg Chapel

Welcome to Quartier Wellant! Our ground-floor apartment in Weißensberg has step-free access. Its 90 m² include a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (a double bed and bunk beds) and a bathroom with a large walk-in rain shower. It sleeps up to four guests.



For leisure and remote work, there is fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, plus a workspace with a height-adjustable desk on request. There are also two smart TVs, a fan and a washer-dryer (for an extra fee). We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for little ones. Outside, enjoy a garden and a partly covered terrace with sun loungers.



Set in a quiet spot in the heart of the village, the apartment is an ideal base for trips to Lake Constance, the Allgäu and the Bregenz Forest. Nearby are Weißensberger Halde, with views across the lake to the Alps, a supermarket and the bus stop for route 4 to Lindau. Lindau Island and Bregenz are just minutes away. We can arrange horse-riding trips, and stand-up paddleboarding is available for an extra fee. We live next door and are happy to share our favourite places and restaurants.



A parking space is available directly outside the house, and you can store your bikes securely in the locked garage. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.



We are happy to hand over the keys in person; self-check-in is also available on request. After booking, you will receive a short contact form – please complete it in full.
