The villa is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, just 100 m from the Swiss border and in a sunny location directly on the Tüllinger vineyard. A small wood-fired bakery is a 3-minute walk away. Supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are a 5-minute drive. The Fondation Beyeler is about a 20-minute walk.
