"This house is in the perfect location on the main river. The house and kitchen are well appointed for any length of stay. We saw so many manatees, a river otter and a pair of dolphins. The weather was rainy one day and the screened porch was the ideal location to sit and relax while still enjoying the river view. Karen is a fantastic host. She was very responsive to my questions and so kind. We can’t wait to return!"

"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The property was well maintained with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The screened in porch was nice to sit out on and the pool was a lot of fun. There were plenty of floaties for the pool and plenty of kayaks for everyone to use. The house is located on a corner of two canals, so we were able to see the Manatees swimming from both sides of the property. "

"We had an excellent stay! The treehouse was even cuter than expected! Clean, tidy and very comfortable. Dawn was quick to respond every time we had questions. It was easy to find, and check in was a breeze. Manatees swam right up to the deck. We took a bike ride, kayaked to hospital hole and took several walks around the neighborhood. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. One of our favorite activities was a sunset dinner cruise on the Marina Rose. This place is truly a gem! Relaxation at its finest! "The backyard was the best part! The only thing I did not like was the steps going to the bedrooms. But it's an older home, you kinda expect that. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here "

"I believe this is our 4th time staying at this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, very well stocked with anything you can image to have a great vacation. When you arrive you feel as if you are entering a hotel. The detail they put into the theme is amazing. There is all the necessities and then some. The view and location is amazing and never gets old. Every day we people and manatee watch and even saw dolphins this time. We rowed, kayaked and floated every day. The host provides plenty of water crafts and we also brought our own. There are so many great places to enjoy nature and the home. To say we love this rental property is an understatement. It is a part of our family’s cherished vacation memories. "
