It was probably the last time i will visit Mineral Wells as our company has closed the branch nearby. It is always a nice quiet stay here, i have been staying here since it was a HIE. It is great to see that the quality has not dropped as many purchased franchises do...

The staff was very nice and helpful hotel needs a remodel very old bathrooms need updating that said it was clean just run down. Pool is small but clean, breakfast was about like all other hotels nothing to brag about. Coffee was good only in the morning the rest of the day it was cold had to ask 2 days in a row if they would make fresh because it was cold!

Rooms are very dark. 2nd floor had a mildew smell. We had a strong sewer smell at 1030 at night in our room. They would not let us switch rooms they said they would come and spray they did not show up. The next day they sprayed some freshener. Only one USB outlet in the room. The fridge and microwave worked. We will not stay there again.

Will never stay here agian tv never worked and when we asked for another room they never gave us another room they offered us a discount for next time. I called way before hand to see if we could check in early but they kept giving me the run around. Check in was at 3 but our room wasn't even r e any we had no towels and the plug in to charge our phone wires were showing thank God my son was old enough to know not to stick fingers in it.
