I made a mistake in booking, I asked for assistance from Expedia and from the hotel directly and neither of you would help. I will be canceling my Expedia membership and never trust it again. If and I did not stay in the hotel. I would like my refund for non service.

It was reasonably comfortable and clean. It was noisy though. There seemed to be a lot of movement in the halls that we could easily hear and car alarms kept going off throughout the night. Lastly, there was an awful smell near the elevator on the second floor and the fire sprinkler must have had a leak at some point because the Sheetrock on the ceiling was water stained and cracked and looked like it could fall in at any moment.
