Hotel is in desperate need of remodeling and by all means they need to restock the lining the towel smell terrible. The staff is very helpful, real polite, very professional no complaints whatsoever on the staff. This is just a older hotel that just needs to be renovated other than that no issues.

Fan made loud clacking noise which continually woke us up when it came on, seams of carpet were frayed causing a trip hazard in room, refrigerator’s freezer had not been defrosted and had two inch layer of frost built up which basically didn’t allow you to put anything in freezer, dingy towels, broken baseboard in bathroom and obvious lack of upkeep in property. Breakfast was minimal and contained no protein option. Bed was comfortable but other significant issues means we will not be staying at this hotel in future trips to Mineral Wells. We have stayed in Days Inn and Suites in other locations but have not encountered these problems previously.

Air conditioning was awesome, hotel was pretty quiet overall. Check in was smooth. The rooms were as clean as one could expect for the price point but could absolutely use some upgrades. It could easily be the nicest place to stay in town with a few newer touches.

Could use some remodeling. Tiles missing in the bathroom. Non smoking facility and room assigned to me smelled of smoke. Was given another room but not what I originally reserved. Reservation stated breakfast but nothing for diabetes for one day. Did have hot breakfast other 2 days but be careful not to burn yourself on the warmer. Fresh Because I did. Fresh fruit only one day.Will not return.

This area of town smelled like sewer most days. The room was clean, however the bathroom was in poor repair. There was a fair amount of garbage around the parking area. Every evening there were groups of men in the parking area drinking. They did not cause issue for me, but may make others nervous.
