Updated 100 year old cottage on working cattle ranch approximately 8 miles north of Weatherford, Texas (Parker County). This is a 1,000 square foot house with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The ranch is a beautiful setting on 130 acres and a large pond. Central heat/air, shared swimming pool, wood burning stove, outdoor fireplace and pellet grill. There is a shared pool with another rental.
